We are not creating an environmental documentary that shames you into thinking your actions are killing the planet. There are already plenty of those to go around. This film aims to explore the most promising solutions to help reverse the environmental damage caused by the palm oil industry in Indonesia. Rather than focusing on the depressing damage already-done, we collaborate with world-renowned researchers, innovators and scientists to uncover the solutions to create a sustainable future. ​ ​​

The Story

“In Your Palm” is a documentary in which a group of young Canadian filmmakers travel to Indonesia to visit the front lines of human and environmental conflict between one of the world’s most complex and lucrative industries.
